Understanding Your Service Recognition: You should receive an email from UCSF Recognition at the time you reach your service milestone. That message included a link to select your service award and pin.  Please be advised that UCSF tracks several service-related dates, and for the Recognize Program, we use your official service date, which also triggered your milestone email and award. This date may differ from your hire or UCRP date. All dates are based on HR system records.
